John was born in New York and raised in Kailua, Hawaii. He worked in construction for two years in Hawaii before moving to the Keys. He has called the Florida Keys home for 29 years.

 

John worked for several contractors in the Keys before he formed Cornerstone Construction in 1988. The company was founded with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. During John's 31 year career in construction, he has supervised over 10 custom multi million dollar homes in Ocean Reef Club, 15 custom homes with values of over 2 to 4 million dollars in the Keys, and he has completed 125 additions/renovation projects ranging in value from 1,200,000 to 300,000 dollars.

 

John is devoted to his family and has been married to his wife Tracy for 22 years. John and Tracy have three children, Grace age 22, John age 20, and Candace who just turned 18. The family enjoys racing, boating, water sports and living the wonderful life that God has blessed them with in the Florida Keys.

Randy was born in Fort Wayne Indiana, but the Keys have been home for over 49 years. He joined the Cornerstone team in 1996. He has been working in the construction industry for 35 years and has built or remodeled more than 200 single- family homes. He has more than 40 multi-million dollar homes under his belt including the “Bali Home” on Plantation Key’s “Millionaires Row”, which was featured in Florida Architecture Magazine. He personally supervised that construction project from “foundation to completion.

 

Randy is a devoted family man. He married his Coral Shores High School sweetheart and has three grown children and five grandchildren all living within 3 miles of his home. He enjoys the atmosphere of the Keys and loves boating, fishing and water sports. He often has a project underway for the family, yet still finds time to be involved in the community – his favorite is coaching little league baseball.

Russell or “Rusty” as we know him, was born in San Diego, California. He moved to the Keys over 25 years ago and began his construction career where has worked on both commercial and residential projects.

 

Russell was Cornerstone Construction’s first employee, joining the company in 1988. He has built more than seventy homes, twenty of these located in the exclusive Ocean Reef Club and valued at several million dollars. He has also worked on many custom additions and remodeling projects.

 

Russell is an outdoorsman, he likes camping, fishing and four-wheeling.
