Our Management

Cornerstone Construction takes pride in the longevity of our Project Managers who have been with our company for 10 to 22 years. Our Project Managers are what we refer to as working foreman. They are hands on and personally perform key aspects of the project they are running to ensure total quality.

 

By retaining this skilled management team, we are able to expand our work force on short notice and maintain our superior craftsmanship. We can handle very large jobs and guarantee excellence. Our managers have diverse areas of expertise allowing us to pick the right leader with the most experience for each particular project.

 

Their combined total of 130 years of project management experience is working for you to maintain Cornerstone’s strict standards and superior quality. Our work is performed with our workforce. Unlike a construction management company, we do not subcontract this work out. We perform all of our own concrete forming, steel reinforcement, concrete finishing, and truss/roof installation. All finish work such as setting windows, hanging doors and all wood trim work is done in-house by Cornerstone’s skilled carpenters.

 

Cornerstone does subcontract portions of a project that required specialized expertise such as electric, plumbing, air-conditioning, roofing and so forth. Our subcontractors maintain the same superior quality control standards. We have a strong rapport with our subcontractors and most have a long history of construction projects with Cornerstone Construction.

 

At Cornerstone we feel the greatest asset of our Project Managers is their ability to communicate directly with our clients. This guarantees that all changes take place and our clients get exactly what they want. Direct communication is key in construction and our trust in our Project Management team saves time and money.
